Pet policy:
Elmwood Villas is a pet friendly community. We proudly accept 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet and a $35 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions do apply. Please contact the Leasing Office for our full pet policy.
